After years of trying to lose weight and keep it off With various fad diets I decided to invest time and money in my health. I have never been particularly sporty or active in fact I actually hated any kind of sport/keep fit type of activity. I took the first step into my weight loss journey by joining weight watchers, where I learnt about nutrition and realised my eating habits were totally wrong. After losing two stones in a year I joined a gym and can honestly say I have gone from being totally inactive to loving all kinds of sports. I also chose to invest in my health by hiring a personal trainer who I still train with three years later. I have now lost 7 stones 7 lbs over the past four years and feel so much better both physically and mentally. I have spent a lot of time researching the best way to achieve your goal weight and maintain it without resorting to extreme diets and would like to help others who are serious about making the lifestyle change that will result in them losing weight the right and healthy way.
