Answer:  Yes, in some cases I do that also but charge for it separately.

Answer: The plan is for just 1 type of funding if you need customizations for random type of funding, that will be paid.

Q9. Does your price include coaching to prepare me to talk with lenders or make financing presentations?

Q10. Will I have an electronic version as well as a hard copy version of the final plan (so I can make changes later if I need to)?
Answer:  Yes, you can but you can’t sell it further or give it for FREE to anyone.
