I studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines (the number one exporter of Nurses in the world) and I'm a registered nurse now. I'm used to seeing patients die of various illnesses and I've been a witness to various maltreatments of patients by health care professionals. YES, Filipinos are caring, but there are always exceptions. However, MOST Filipinos care more about other race than our own. It's a fact. I dunno why.
The incidence happened in the Emergency room of a government hospital one hot ordinarily busy day. When the doctor didn't care. Sometimes, I guess it's because they're used to seeing people die that they don't care anymore about giving another person a ticket to be added to the morgue's census. I will relay to you my experience when I was in that situation and you can use it as testimonial a blog or website post or in an article.
