This 5 weeks long course has been designed to examine contemporary child nutrition followed by each family as well as the widespread food marketing targeting kids. The participants will get to learn the constituents of a healthy diet for children and adults. It will also teach the students how to eliminate processed foods from their daily menus and prepare simple, yet healthy and delicious meals at home. Other health risks associated with childhood obesity and processed foods will also be discussed in this course. After successfully completing this course the participants will be able to become not only a leading health provider, nutritionist and health teacher, but also successful parents of the present and future. On successful completion of course you will receive a Statement of Accomplishment signed by the instructor.
