Author Bio:
This free online course has been prepared by Nancy Lin Rose, who is the Charles P. Kindleberger Professor of Applied Economics at MIT. She is Associate Department Head for Economics at MIT and Director of the National Bureau of Economic Research program in Industrial Organization. Professor Rose recently completed a term as Vice President of the American Economic Association (AEA) and currently serves on the AEA’s Committee on Economic Education. Her research work focuses on the empirical analysis of firm behavior and the economics of regulation.
