Robert Sutton is the Co-Director of the Center for Work, Technology and Organization, an active researcher and cofounder in the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. He is also a Professor of Management Sciences and Engineering at the Stanford Engineering School. He has been a part of the faculty since 1983. He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. He has been a part of umpteenth number of projects with various organizations over the years in his field of expertise.
