I have been in the IT industry for the last 10 years. My work experience ranges from working with computer hardware to networking to printer management. I have a wide variety of experiences and education that makes me the computer-go-to-person for my friends and family. I have 3 AAS degrees : Novell Networking, Microsoft Networking, and Computer Science. I even hold some IT certifications: MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), CNA (Certified Novell Professional), Net + (Networking), and Sec + (Security). I will be going back to college in the spring to finish my BBS in Computer Information Systems.
